In violation of state, local and university laws/regulations. Homer prosecutor and UM sat on case until football season was over and then gave probation.

How anyone can defend recruiting during covid when it, and any face to face contact, was prohibited by the NCAA is beyond me. Harbaugh basically thought the rules didn't apply to him, and then when evidence proves otherwise, arrogantly states that he never cheats or lies, thus giving everyone the middle finger.

The sad thing is that the university will fight the allegations tooth and nail, delay as much as possible, and then will claim with a straight face how unfair it is to punish current players who had nothing to do with it.
