I don't generate revenue with it thus wouldn't upgrade to Professional unless there is a feature I actually needed (advanced collaboration, security features, advanced table and chart tools, and integration with other business tools). I you do and are concerned about violating your software license agreement with Microsoft, go ahead and upgrade.
