Most really aren't that valuable.
The thing that makes some titles worth more are the authors. Issues of Black Mask with Dashiell Hammett stories may get some high bids.

Those issues of Amazing have famous authors, but those stories by Verne, Wells, and Poe are reprints and not first appearances.

Another thing that makes some pulps valuable is the art. Those covers were done by Frank R. Paul.
He is a popular artist in that field, so there may be some worth.
