Can I get some recommendations for books for girls, ages 4-6? [View all]

I have a niece who asks me to read to her - and I thought, wouldn't it be nice if she had some age-appropriate reading for herself? She's an only child so I know she has a lot of time on her hands. She likes princesses and pretty sparkly stuff - girly-girl I guess - so any recs would be appreciated. Thanks!

BTW, I thought about The Little Prince, but that's more of a boy's book - we tried to get her to watch Dumbo with us, but we found out she had absolutely ZERO interest in it - and I guess that's because circuses and traveling and exotic animals are more of interest to boys.
