Anyone seen The Trial of Billy Jack?
Near the end a character named Blue Elk gives a speech in front of the Freedom School to the collective military:
"Under authority of the Treaty of 1868, I am arresting you for being illegally on Indian land. If you resist or you want to continue this senseless slaughter of these unarmed students, that are here under our protection, then you'll have to shoot your way through us...You give us no other choice. If this country must have another civil war, then let it start here."

The villagers with torches and pitchforks will always out number the Schutzstaffel.
