1. Improvement is much needed and any improvement is better than zero.

I am glad for the improvement and also glad for the call out of attempted fudging, but the improvement is my priority.

Denying our responsibility for their health care after we get them messed up is heinous and unconscionable.

I just wish that, when we count the cost of "national defense", we would include every single penny, including the cost of veteran's health care and other veterans' benefits, Pentagon pensions, all of it.
