2. There's a group home downtown here that houses Vietnam and Gulf War veterans.

A few years ago, a gas release caused manholes all around the city to explode, and a lot of the veterans slipped into episodes. It was lucky that the home employed psychiatrists and counselors trained to manage PTSD.
