And he was still allowed to retire and receive all of the benefits retirees receive.

I'm disgusted.

I don't care if he was demoted and forced to retire. He should have received a bad conduct discharge, as well as registration as a sex offender.

And Lt. Gen. Franklin needs to be punished, too.
