I was responsible for everything from minor Article 15 offenses to Court Martials and Chaptering soldiers out of the Army with various Discharges.

In my experience Jag was right there with the good ol’ boy network so I question whether just handing these matters of sexual assaults over to them is really going to improve matters much providing the offenders are ever actually arrested by the MP’s.

The victim’s best bet is to go directly to the MP’s with their complaint and skip reporting it first to their unit, chain of command be dammed if they hope to get any Justice.

However, if their unit has a history of handling sexual assault fairly, they may be in luck.
