What lawyers are supposed to do. That’s it in a nutshell. It didn’t get him off but the lawyer tried and will probably appeal just like tfg’s lawyers. It’s almost like they wanted his lawyer to get up and say his client was a lying scumbag that should get the book thrown at him.
