A rather free wheeling discussion on this was locked in GD, with the statement that it belongs in this group.
Just for the record, while I'm already quite well armed, I see no reason for someone who otherwise has no interest in owning firearms to do for fear of roving gangs of disconsolate Trump supporters going on murder sprees after he loses the election, as the OP of the original thread clearly does.
