But I read that he knocked the gun out of the deceased hands, then shot him. I wonder if you can claim self defense in the commission of a felony? Likely not.

Seriously, if you pull a gun, you should be shooting it in the next 5 seconds.

Wtf did the deceased think was going to happen? The bad guy was just going to say "OK, you got me"?
