Is shown by the dramatic decrease in gun violence in Baltimore, right? I mean, if they have strict gun laws, it must mean the criminals can't get guns?

It's almost like they just want to pass laws for the sake of passing laws, even though there's no demonstrable impact on crime or suicides.
