Since the issue is "racial" then what qualifies it for GCRKBA over, say, a dozen other groups? Instrumentality?

Certainly, racism comes up from time to time, as when discussing Jim (large, raucous black bird) laws, discrimination against minorities when seeking gun permits in some localities, and the histories of the Deacons for Defense, Robert Williams, etc. But this is not generally considered a group or Forum for discussing racism.

Unless an axe is being ground.
