The affidavit says the woman saw Sheka swinging around a small black handgun.

What? No AR-15? I thought they were the sine qua non for mass shootings. No 33-round magazine? Did he even have a spare mag?

Off-duty cop? Small black handgun? I'm guessing a Ruger LCP with seven rounds.
