We had the same deal here with a former d.a. named Ken Anderson of Williamson Cty. who was found to have completely fabricated evidence against a citizen named Michael Morton, who spent 24yrs. in prison. CNN made a movie about how it went down and Josh Levs of CNN wrote an internet news item calling for similar review of all of Anderson's cases while a prosecutor. We need federal laws on this because the states won't do this without being forced to face their mistakes and correcting them.
