1. That home in Independence is great

Because it is so middle class and showed signs of being lived in (like the kitchen door frame where hundreds of matches had been struck over the years to light the stove). Probably a nicer middle class home than most at the time but it showed how down to earth Truman and his family were.

The Presidential library was also great to visit.
