American Presidents: Greatest and WorstDonnie still ranks ahead of James Buchanan and Andrew Johnson instead of dead last, 44th as opposed to 46th.
That sucks.
OK, Buchanan started a Civil War, but he inherited the problems leading to it; he didn't create them.
Johnson only got impeached once.
Historians aren't what they used to be.
