1. Millie, one of my cats, is nineteen years old. She was found as a stray wandering the streets of Las Vegas.

When we moved to Northern California, she transitioned beautifully. Millie has always been an aloof cat. She tolerates the dogs and my other two cats. She tolerates me and on occasion will snuggle next to me for a few minutes and then is gone. Life has always been on her terms. I have accepted that and given her a long life of food, sleep, and petting (she even purrs once in a while). Carys may just be an aloof princess like my Millie.
