And I bet if you explained fully what's happening with Patches, someone here could pass on their knowledge or experience.

If the problem is ear mites: is Patches shaking head, pawing at ear? You may find a good ear cleaner at a pet supply

Squirt it in, thumb over ear, so not shaken out. Gently massage base of ear till the cleaner works it's way down. Repeat EVERY DAY FOR 3 OR 4 DAYS. No slacking.

Give treat for being a good ....?
