Spending over 30 years in vet medicine working wildlife rehab ... zoological facilities ... eventually domestic pets...I can say with 💯 certainty that euthanasia is not a dirty word. I personally performed hundreds of these and as sad as it is for the ones left behind....there is a moment of peace and loveliness that comes before their final breath. I always found it comforting to see stress and confusion and pain and fear ... washed away. I NEVER felt bad about easing them to another dimension... truly a grand thing you did. Thank you
