4. My jalapenos are hot as bejebus

I'm growing them hydroponically and I would have never imagined they would be so hot. I ate one out of the first harvest and it tore me up. I took some to work and a co-worker wanted to eat one. I warned him they were hot, but he assured me he eats a bag of them per month and they aren't hot. He ate one of mine, his face turned red and his nose started running profusely. He said it was the hottest jalapeno he had ever had. In addition to the heat they have some very intense jalapeno flavor.
