What time of day to spray for bugs, mold, etc????? I got up early this morning to spray before [View all]

the sun got hot - the plants were sopping wet. I won't be here later in the morning, so I don't know what to do. By the way - we have had evening showers for days - every time I spray, it rains and washes it away.

In the meantime, my green beans and a few other thing need spraying.

Is it ok to spray them while they are wet?
