I seem to be overwintering a lot of things lately. In the past--and I will probably do this again--I brought a large green pepper plant into my guest bedroom. It was a little "buggy" at first, but I did get quite a few peppers from it. 
The tricky part was getting the lighting just right as the slant of the sun's rays would change. I spent a lot of time moving it around the room.
