Some summer photos of my plants -- very pic heavy! [View all]

Some of the more interesting things going on here. Pretty much all potted -- in-ground plants are looking bad, bad, bad from the heat and drought.

'Tam Kam' Korean Persimmon -- my first fruit

[IMG][/IMG]

Pink Oleander

[IMG][/IMG]

Crepe Myrtle (kind of flattened from brief heavy rain earlier)

[IMG][/IMG]

Pomegranate flowering -- I hope it sets fruit

[IMG][/IMG]

Star Fruit tree -- fruit forming (kind of fuzzy, sorry)

[IMG][/IMG]

Dwarf ornamental ginger (Cucurma )

[IMG][/IMG]

One of the Cajun Color series hibiscus -- I don't remember its name.

[IMG][/IMG]

European Fan Palm -- one of my favorite palms, about as hardy as a snake plant

[IMG][/IMG]

Buttered Popcorn Senna -- leaves smell like buttered popcorn, really cool

[IMG][/IMG]

Red Lady Dwarf Papaya -- setting fruit!

[IMG][/IMG]

Franklinia is budding!

[IMG][/IMG]

Kitchen sink planter - a discarded stainless steel sink is now home to Sedums

[IMG][/IMG]

Storm clouds brewing -- we need more rain! Less than an inch and half in July.
