And this is Wisconsin, not the deep South! This is the "new" south...

Everything is suffering. We are watering what we can and leaving water out for the animals that live in our yard: chipmunks, squirrels, birds--and I'm sure even the insects are glad to find a little water. I have a plastic dish that is supposed to go under a flower pot filled with water--kind of like a bird bath only on the ground. And a regular bird bath on the other side of the house.
