I have already thought of a way to do this same system with what I have already. A planter, a small terra cotta pot with a cork in the drain hole in the middle, and cover the small pot with something---maybe plastic wrap or I could come up with something else if I look around. It will not be as elegant as this, but that really isn't the point for me. I like.
