They actually have some varieties that ripen in early May, but these are better suited for South Texas.

My peach trees are about 10 years old and I don't remember for sure what varieties I planted. I'm reasonably sure the one I harvested today is a Ranger Peach. I have no idea what the other one is, but it ripens at the end of July to early August.
