This is a multi-state, multi organization effort to increase populations of native plant species that are most beneficial to key pollinator species such as monarch butterflies and bumblebees. States participating in Project Wingspan include all those bordering on the Great Lakes from Pennsylvania to Minnesota, plus Iowa and Arkansas.
