Say the price about $9....One can really add great flavor to a whole chicken.....I myself like to make a paste of crushed garlic, lemon zest, herbs mixed into store bought duck fat....I place it under the skin of the chicken and on the outside...I stuff the chicken with lemons, onions, herbs/ poultry blend...

i roast it in the oven.....multi post roasting uses can go into say, chicken salad, chicken noodle soup, chicken stock using the carcass, chicken pot pie....
