I’ve been buying frozen fish at Aldi’s since they’ve been around. Most of the time there aren’t any problems, but I only buy frozen wild caught seafood. However for the first time, a couple weeks ago, I had to return a bag of skinless pink salmon which I don’t think even a milk bath could save. Soon as I it thawed it out it was apparent it was bad, just by the color. Was disgusting. I took a picture and Aldi’s accepted this as proof of purchase since I disposed of the fish as soon as I realized it was spoiled. They gladly replaced the fish and gave me a full refund as well.
