and am I ever glad I did. It has the tartness in a drink that I liked with white wine. Now I sail past the wine store whenever I go to the supermarket and think about how nice it is to not have to make another stop. Not to mention the extra $$ in my pocket.

Even unflavored, it's good.

It does take effort and time, however, to make it. I used to buy it and for two years in a row spent $2400 a year buying it. Ridiculous.

Yes, it is far healthier than just about any other drink I can think of, sans green tea, perhaps. Recently a study came out that said it improved A1C readings for people who were pre-diabetic. I was in that range. In the last few years, my doctor has sent me emails after reading my test results that I'm (slowly) moving away from the pre-diabetic range.

But as for taste? Yes! Best drink out there!
