Monday

Lavash flat bread slathered with balsamic walnut dressing, vegan mayo and Dijon mustard. Then I layered on Tufurkey Bologna, vegan cheddar slices, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, sliced green olives, and as much spring mix lettuce as the wrap could hold before rolling it up as tight as possible.
