GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!

I want to thank Emile for covering for me, a totally wonderful human being. I am blessed, well we are blessed by Emile.

Later this morning I am planning on maple vegan sausages, Kodiak protein pancakes, butter and real maple syrup and a pot of hot tea, maybe a half orange.

I missed you all.
