I steam-fried chopped scallions and sliced mushrooms. When done I stirred in Just Egg, a liquid plant-based egg product that thickens up and tastes really close to scrambled eggs. I then added some chopped microwaved Morningstar Breakfast sausages. I spread the scrambled egg/mushroom/sausage mixture on lavash flatbread and gave it a squirt of hot sauce before folding up the burrito. I also made air-fried sweet potato nuggets as a side. Cheers!🥂
