Cauliflower Tacos with Coconut Yogurt Sauce.

Apple cider-cherry kombucha.

The cauliflower has an intense marinating session before roasting. Marinade is smoked paprika, cumin, garlic, onion. Then it's cooked in the air fryer.

Dessert: baked apple with craisins.
