What's for Dinner, Fri., Nov. 21, 2025 [View all]

Appetizer: salmon salad on whole wheat crackers.

Wonton (shrimp) soup.

Garlicky stir-fried broccoli.

Dessert: Chocolate truffle bar. Turns out I didn't devour it all in the traffic jam the other night on the way home from the store. I found a few squares in the car.
That won't be enough dessert on a Friday night, though! I intend to have another bowl of light vanilla ice cream with my homemade blackberry sauce on it.

---------------

Recipes for the Chinese dishes are from Emma Chung's Easy Chinese Food Anyone Can Make.
I love these recipes because they don't call for a lot of ingredients and they really are pretty simple.
