5. I got the breaded ones and spiced them up

with dried onion, cayenne, and whatever herb I grabbed first. I have to do the same thing to the real thing. Chicken doesn't have a hell of a lot of flavor of its own, which is why everything tastes like chicken, and it's very hard to get seasonings to penetrate.

I live at high altitude, so adding hot pepper is a necessity or it tastes like airline food.

Understood about GI problems, I'm lactose intolerant.
