1. What an amazing connection!

I love genealogy! A few years ago, I connected with an individual who is a direct matrilineal descendant of my great X10 grandmother. We share mtDNA (Haplogroup U5a1a1). I never dreamed I would make a connection going all the way back to the early 1600s!
