Is there any OTC hunger suppressant that works at all. I need to lose [View all]

about 15 pounds, but I'm on a plateau, I am stuck at 174. Even if it's more of a placebo, maybe my diet mind would think it's doing something. I've looked and read some reviews, but so much of it makes them look far too good.
