2. Good luck. Yeah, it can be discouraging when the weight loss is slow.

In September I started eating more vegetables and limiting processed sugar and flour intake. It took me 5 months to lose 25 lbs. It was frustrating. I started exercising and started to lose weight faster. Now, I am down a total of 44 lbs and am about 10 lbs away from my high school weight. Remember to celebrate what you have accomplished instead of being discouraged by not getting there as fast as you hoped you would. Good luck.
