If he refuses EMT care, you will have to leave him until he can get himself up. Yikes. Unless they take him to the hospital, it costs nothing for the help to lift him. This has happened so often to us that the EMTs know where they're going when they hear the first numbers of our address. Lol They are angels and kind. Sorry you are in such a pickle of life.
