8. I know that it's late in replying to this question, but my batteries last for a rather long time, I'd say a month or so,

and what's so amazing about that, is that they are not interconnected to each other (they're each independently fit into each ear, the two of them). When the battery of one aid goes down and starts getting low, the aid will start beeping. And so I change the battery to a new one. What's almost always the case, the 2nd hearing aid will start beeping at me too, to let me know that the battery in it is also getting low. So weird being not connected but yet still 'connected' in a mysterious way'.
