2. Do you ever use a sinus rinse / nasal irrigation?

The first time i did it when I had an active infection, it was incredible. Blew out lots of gunk and felt much better. When there's an active infection going on, a person can do it 2-3 times a day.

Picking up a NeilMed sinus rinse kit at the pharmacy or Costco is a great way to start. Pick up some distilled water for mixing. Don't use tap water unless you boil it first and let it cool.
