Days 4 and 5 were supposed to be the worst, but it kind of kept coming back for 2 more cycles, settled in sinuses and light respiratory. There was a lot of sweating, especially when taking Ibuprofen. Then that passed, and a little antibiotics for the sinuses. I had it about 18 days and now I can do pretty much anything. No breathing problems, but still a bit light on stamina. Protein, protein, protein helped. Beef not chicken.
