it can b such a crap shoot. i dont know if it wd help, but i know re psyche meds, there is dna testing that can narrow it down.
is mmj legal where u r? i know it’s helpful for some ppl.

best of luck. it’s a scary disease. i had it after a head injury as a kid and was never dx’d. my youngest had the same, but it hung on for them. took 15 yrs to figure it out, but only after a dx of ptsd. they had a hard time finding the right meds.
the therapy for ptsd is rly inappropriate for someone who doesnt have it. did a lot of damage.
