most favorite neighbors (actually two of them) and still is in one case, is Mike and Anita, who went traveling around Missouri, and descended upon our neck of the woods here in the southern Ozarks. Talk about hillbillies and such, these two were the perfect description that one could come up with, and even better, they are the most perfect neighbors and nicest people you could ever ask for. I still correspond w/ them on a fairly regular basis (I sold my land and cabins to them surprising, everyone else was telling me that they wouldn't be able to afford it, and they've been the perfect buyers that one could ever ask for (so don't let appearances fool you).

The other neighbors were actually relatives of mine, and I recall when they came over to do a meet and greet in our neck of the boonies here in mid Southern Missouri, my crusty old aunt still wore her six shooter (she ran a run down, old bar) and her kids came over (my cousins) and they were proudly showing off their brass knuckles. Of course after they all left later in the evening, we all looked at each other and just kind of burst out in surprise/laughter/you get my drift. Family, eh?

I got other stories but I'll save them for later.
