2. I started getting HBP readings in mid40s....

125+/ 90-100 or so. On the advice of my GP, I dropped about 35 pounds from 200 to 165, and Ive maintained 165-170 ever since. I watch carbs mostly. I havent had a high reading in over five years. Dr said dropping even just a few pounds can make a big difference.
