at least once a year, preferably twice a year. The complication is extremely rare, but if it starts to show up, you need to go off the drug. Anxiety isn't a side effect of the drug, but you can run it by the doctor to figure out if it's serious enough to have it looked at by a cardiologist. Dizziness is the closest thing.

I was on it for 10 years total. It had fewer side effects than any of the other crap I've been on.
