I am posting this article as FYI in case you are interested. I am not giving medical advice just pointing you to some proven health benefits of what you eat. I have met the woman featured in the article twice. I have been to the TrueNorth clinic twice for a week each time. I’ve learned the effect nutrition can have on disease and some cancers.
